Why does your veterinary hospital need a professional bookkeeper?
Are you spending too much of your valuable time and energy on bookkeeping?
Is getting ready for tax season very stressful for you?
Would you like to understand your hospital’s financial health better?
Take the burden of dealing with expenses and bookkeeping off your shoulders.
When you know that someone who has a thorough understanding of veterinary medicine is taking care of your books you can relax and focus on practicing veterinary medicine.
My goal is to give business owners peace of mind by providing up to date and accurate financial books, the ability to make the best financial decisions to help grow their business and to allow them more time to spend doing whatever it is they love to do.
I have a long and varied history in Veterinary Medicine. For ten years I worked as a licensed Veterinary Technician in many types of veterinary hospitals including small, mixed and referral clinics as well as Cornell Veterinary College. In 1999 my husband (a small animal veterinarian) and I started our own veterinary business. We began with a mobile truck and a studio office and as time progressed we hired staff and built a large hospital. After almost twenty years we sold it to pursue different interests. As much as I liked being a technician I found the financial aspect of running a hospital was what I enjoyed even more. I decided to become a certified bookkeeper so I could help others with their bookkeeping especially veterinary hospitals.
